Re-enrollment Policy
It is our belief that no responsible treatment program can "guarantee" a positive outcome. That being said, we do realize that despite the best efforts of our clients and their families, some adolescents simply need additional treatment and would benefit greatly by returning to our program.
Participants who have completed our 51-day program and have been home for a minimum of six months, but not longer than a year, are eligible to re-enroll if the participant's outpatient therapist believes that the child is relapsing. In order to re-enroll your child our re-enrollment criteria must be met and a fee of $2850 to cover equipment costs and administrative fees will be required. Students will be eligible to participate in phase one of the program.
Re-enrollment criteria:
- Must remain under the age of 18 while re-enrolled.
- Family must have adhered to the Family Agreements and followed our aftercare recommendations.
- Participants must have participated in regularly scheduled counseling sessions after program completion (minimum of two counseling session per month). Documentation from therapist will be required.
- The participant's outpatient therapist must concur with parents that the child is relapsing. Documentation from therapist will be required.
- Parents must have taken part in counseling while their child was enrolled in our program and completed all required online courses assigned by Coordinating Therapist. Documentation will be required.
- Re-enrollment is only available to full pay clients.
- Parents must complete a new application and all corresponding paperwork.
- Re-enrolling participants must have a physical exam performed by a medical professional which is paid for by the parents. (Must be done within 30 days of re-enrollment.)
- If an adolescent requires detoxification that will need to take place before they re-enroll and at the parents expense.
- Parents are responsible for all transportation fees.
- This program may not be redeemed for cash.
